In 2004 I launched MTR Consulting Services, offering innovative, practical and timely consultation to executives and senior leaders. My purpose: to support executives, senior leaders and organizations with strategic, out of the box thinking that leads to focused action plans for meeting the challenges of today’s ever changing demographics, political and economic landscape. After a very successful career in government, education, business and philanthropy I fully enjoy lending my extensive expertise to those who seek solutions for success.

Leaders looking to: engage new markets; respond to changing demographics; address political challenges; meet technology advances; and increase relevance and competitive advantage will benefit from MTR Consulting Services. It is known that leaders who not only understand the times but more importantly, seize opportunities responding  strategically, achieve sustainable success.

Years of serving in executive and political leadership positions taught me that within every challenge there in lies an opportunity. Every problem has a solution and every solution opens a window of opportunity.
